Visitor Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 2 February 2026

These Visitor Terms & Conditions govern ticket purchase, admission, and visitor access to Kuala Lumpur City Gallery. By purchasing a ticket or entering the Gallery, visitors agree to comply with the following terms.

1. Admission

Admission to the Gallery is permitted only with a valid ticket purchased through official ticketing channels, including on-site self-service kiosks or authorized sales platforms.

Kuala Lumpur City Gallery reserves the right to refuse entry to any visitor who does not comply with gallery rules, safety requirements, or heritage site regulations.

2. Ticket Purchase

All tickets must be purchased prior to entry.

Tickets are:

• Valid only for the selected date and time (if applicable)
• Non-transferable
• Not permitted for resale or exchange

Ticket sales may close prior to the end of daily operating hours.

3. No Refund, Cancellation or Compensation

All ticket purchases are final.

No refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or compensation will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind by the visitor
• Late arrival or no-show
• Weather conditions
• Partial or full gallery closure due to conservation, maintenance, or safety reasons
• Limited access due to visitor capacity control or heritage preservation requirements

Purchase of a ticket constitutes full acceptance of this policy.

4. Heritage Site Access

Kuala Lumpur City Gallery is located within a heritage building, and certain areas may have restricted or limited access at any time to ensure preservation and safety.

Such restrictions do not entitle visitors to refunds or compensation.

5. Operating Hours and Visitor Capacity

Admission is subject to daily operating hours and maximum visitor capacity.

Management reserves the right to:

• Control visitor flow
• Delay entry
• Temporarily suspend admission

These measures are implemented to ensure visitor safety and protection of the heritage site.

6. Visitor Conduct

Visitors must comply with all posted rules, signage, and instructions provided by Gallery staff.

Failure to comply may result in removal from the premises without refund or compensation.

The following are strictly prohibited within the Gallery:

• Outside food and beverages
• Alcoholic beverages
• Smoking or vaping
• Use of any prohibited substances

7. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a ticket and entering the Gallery, visitors are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Visitor Terms & Conditions.

8. Amendments

Kuala Lumpur City Gallery Management reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
